We kicked off our Valentine’s Day weekend this year with the sweetest little valentine of all– baby Fotini. Her baptism was held at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church in Washington, D.C.
Baptisms are a very important part of Greek Orthodox culture and are often celebrated like weddings or other large events. As you can see from our photos, Tommy Gatz Entertainment provided DJ music and candid photography for the party. Yes, money throwing is a real thing! Delicious Greek food like spanakopita was also available to partygoers and boy was it tasty!
We had an absolute blast with the Marshall family and can already tell Fotini is going to be a sweetheart for many years to come.
